Debra Brisk, P.E.
CEO / President
Deb is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 40 years of experience delivering transportation projects, including nine as a small business owner. She holds an M.A. in Organizational Management and a B.S. in Civil Engineering, specializing in project delivery, strategy, and policy development for public agencies and consulting firms.
Mariah Kathan
COO
Mariah has over 15 years of experience in media, strategy, communications, and project management, including five years in transit program management. She holds a B.A. in International Affairs and excels in program delivery, public engagement, and communications strategy.
Carolyn M. Fackler. P.E.
Sr. Project Manager
Carolyn is a Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across public, private, and government sectors. She holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.A. in Public Administration, specializing in program management, infrastructure delivery, and strategic planning.
Adam Kraft
Sr. Transit Project Manager
Adam is a transit professional with 19 years of experience at the state Department of Transportation level, including over four years as transit section supervisor. He holds an M.A. in Public Policy and specializes in program administration, procurement, compliance, and policy development.
Julie Kliewer, P.E.
Sr. Subject Matter Expert
Julie is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in construction management, materials, and infrastructure delivery. She holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and three additional engineering degrees, with 23 years at ADOT overseeing quality assurance and alternative delivery programs.

Marketing Specialist
Abby has 14 years of experience in marketing, communications, and project coordination. She holds an A.S. in Business and provides expertise in strategic messaging, branding, and multi-platform marketing for public and private sector clients.

Berta has over 22 years in marketing and communications and 15 years in the transit industry, including 12 managing marketing and communications and the dial-a-ride service for a FTA Section 5307-funded transit agency. She holds a B.S. in Mass Communications and specializes in public engagement, operations, and marketing strategy.
Cassie Kenning
Office Manager
Cassie has over 30 years of office administration experience, including 20 years as an operations manager. She holds an AAS in Advertising and supports DRB with expertise in business operations, contract administration, and client relations.

Administrative Specialist
Dani is an organized, adaptable professional with experience in office operations, administration, and customer service. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration and provides responsive project coordination and client support.
